Our total liability under any claim shall be limited to the amount you paid for the Service, or $100 USD, whichever is less.

The Service is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Infinity IPTV does not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or compatibility with all devices or software. Use of the Service is at your own risk.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and interpreted under the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Local, state, or international laws may also apply depending on your location.

Dispute Resolution

If you have a concern or dispute, you agree to first attempt to resolve it informally by contacting Infinity IPTV support.

  • EU Users: You retain any mandatory consumer rights under the laws of your country of residence.

  • U.S. Compliance: You confirm that you are not located in a country subject to U.S. embargoes and are not listed on any restricted parties list.

Severability and Waiver

  • Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full effect.

  • Waiver: Failure to enforce any right does not constitute a waiver of that right in the future.

Translation Interpretation

If these Terms are translated into another language, the English version shall prevail in the event of a dispute.

Changes to These Terms

Infinity IPTV reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. If changes are significant, we will attempt to provide at least 30 days’ notice before new terms take effect. Continued use of the Service after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
